Sales and Marketing Staff

Responsibilities・Provide professional services as sales and receptionist at the gallery and overseas art fairs・Artwork transporting, install and de-install exhibitions, working with outside contractors as necessary・Maintain the gallery’s visual appearance・Stay up-to-date on trends and developments of represented artists

Requirements・Business Level of English (*fluency in more than one language is a plus)・Must have 2+ years experience working at an art gallery or museum (Hong Kong, Singapore)・Must have experience in exhibition planning (Hong Kong, Singapore)・Able to work in a fast past environment・Willingness to take on new challenges and is inquisitive・High-level of communication skills (empathetic, abilities to serve as a facilitator, provide peaceful resolutions)・Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel ※All nationalities welcomed
